Returns & Exchanges Policy
General Returns Policy:
- Storefront Inventory: Returns are allowed for store credit only.
- Online Sales: Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery (as per tracking number).
Procedure:
- Contact Us: Email preppypelican22@gmail.com with the subject "RETURN AUTHORIZATION" to get approval and a return number.
- Postmark: Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery. Returns postmarked after 10 days will not be accepted.
- Condition: Items must be returned in the original condition (unwashed, unworn, with tags intact).
- Mail-Only Returns: Returns must be mailed. Online sale returns are not accepted in-store, even for local customers.
Shoe Returns:
- Follow the same 10-day return policy and authorization process.
- Shoes must be in original condition, in the original shoe box, placed inside a shipping box.
- No returns for shoes with any damage or missing original packaging.
Ineligible Returns:
- Southern Taters items (including preordered items).
- Swimsuits, socks, undergarments.
- Accessories, toys, gift items.
- Holiday-specific items.
- Live sale items or discounted items, including grab bags.
Final Sale:
- All items listed above are final sale and not eligible for return.
Exchanges:
- No exchanges due to high order volume.
- For different sizes, repurchase after store credit is issued.
Shipping Charges:
- Non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Use insured tracking for return shipments as we are not responsible for lost mail.
Return Address: Ensure items are eligible and meet all requirements. Include a copy of the sales receipt or order/shipping confirmation email, marked with the items being returned. Write the order number on the outside of the shipping box and send to:

Processing:
- Eligible returns are processed within 1-5 business days after receipt.
- Non-compliant returns will not be refunded/credited or returned.
